微小核糖核酸-9和微小核糖核酸-124在宫颈癌患者中的表达及意义 被引量:2

The expression and significance of miR-9 and miR-124 in patients with cervical cancer

摘要 目的探讨微小核糖核酸-9(miR-9)和微小核糖核酸-124(miR-124)在宫颈癌患者外周血中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2017年1月—2020年6月台州市第一人民医院收治的68例宫颈癌患者为宫颈癌组,同期在该院健康体检的30例女性为对照组。检测两组受试者血浆中miR-9和miR-124表达水平。结果宫颈癌组患者miR-9表达水平(4.84±1.63)显著高于对照组(2.30±0.64),miR-124表达水平(1.06±0.34)显著低于对照组(1.95±0.58),差异均有统计学意义(t=8.254、-9.512,均P<0.05)。miR-9和miR-124表达水平与分化程度、浸润深度、临床分期、HR-HPV感染及淋巴结转移情况均相关(均P<0.05)。miR-9和miR-124诊断宫颈癌的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.927和0.910,两者均具有较高的诊断价值。在宫颈癌患者中,miR-9和miR-124的表达呈显著负相关关系(r=-0.445,P<0.05)。结论miR-9在宫颈癌患者外周血中高表达,而miR-124在宫颈癌患者外周血中低表达,两者均具有较高的临床诊断效能,并可能成为宫颈癌早期诊断的生物标志物。 Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of microRNA-9(miR-9)and microRNA-124(miR-124)in peripheral blood of patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 68 cervical cancer patients were selected as cervical cancer group admitted to The First People’s Hospital of Taizhou from January 2017 to June 2020,and 30 healthy women in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression levels of miR-9 and miR-124 in the plasma of the two groups of subjects were detected.Results The expression level of miR-9 in patients with cervical cancer(4.84±1.63)was significantly higher than that in the control group(2.30±0.64),and the expression level of miR-124 in patients with cervical cancer(1.06±0.34)was significantly lower than that in the control group(1.95±0.58)(t=8.254,-9.512,all P<0.05).The expression levels of miR-9 and miR-124 were related to the degree of differentiation,depth of invasion,clinical stage,HR-HPV infection and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of miR-9 and miR-124 for cervical cancer diagnosis were 0.927 and 0.910,which had high diagnostic value.The expression of miR-9 and miR-124 in patients with cervical cancer was significantly negatively correlated(r=-0.445,P<0.05).Conclusion miR-9 is highly expressed in peripheral blood of patients with cervical cancer,while miR-124 is low expressed in peripheral blood of patients with cervical cancer.Both of them have high clinical diagnostic efficacy,and may be biomarkers for the early diagnosis of cervical cancer.
