二甲双胍联合优思悦治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床价值分析

Clinical analysis of metformin combined with Yousiyue in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探究二甲双胍联合优思悦在肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征治疗中的临床价值。方法选取82例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组与试验组,每组41例。对照组施以优思悦治疗,试验组施以二甲双胍联合优思悦治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平及胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者FPG、FINS及IRI水平均降低,试验组FPG、2h PG、FINS及IRI水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后2h PG水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后试验组妊娠率41.46%、排卵率85.37%均高于对照组的14.63%、46.34%,周期取消率21.95%低于对照组的68.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合优思悦治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者,能够显著降低患者血糖水平,改善排卵情况,可进行临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of metformin combined with Yousiyue in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 82 obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment plans,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Yousiyue,and the experimental group was treated with metformin combined with Yousiyue.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprantal blood glucose(2h PG),fasting insulin(FINS)level and insulin resistance index(IRI)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FPG,FINS and IRI were decreased in 2 groups,and the levels of FPG,2h PG,FINS and IRI in test group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PG level of the control group at 2h before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the pregnancy rate of 41.46% and ovulation rate of 85.37% in experimental group were higher than those in control group(14.63% and 46.34%),and the cycle cancellation rate of 21.95% was lower than that in control group 68.29%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome,metformin combined with Yousiyue can significantly reduce the blood sugar level of patients and improve ovulation,so it can be applied clinically.
