曼月乐与安宫黄体酮治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血的疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect of mirena and progesterone in the treatment of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding

目的分析围绝经期异常子宫出血患者分别应用左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统(曼月乐)与安宫黄体酮的临床疗效。方法选取110例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者,将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组55例。对照组采用安宫黄体酮治疗,研究组采用曼月乐治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组治疗总有效率94.55%明显高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组子宫内膜厚度薄于对照组,经期时间短于对照组,月经量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比安宫黄体酮,对围绝经期异常子宫出血患者治疗时,采用曼月乐效果确切,可改善患者月经,降低药物不良反应发生率,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of levonorgestrel intrauterine birth control system(Mirena)and progesterone in perimenopausal patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 110 patients with perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone and the study group was treated with mirena.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of 94.55% in the study group was significantly higher than 81.82%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of the study group was thinner than that of the control group,the menstrual duration was shorter than that of the control group,and the menstrual volume was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with progesterone,Mirena is effective in the treatment of perimenopausal patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,which can improve menstruation and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions,so it has a higher application value.
