延续护理干预在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用价值

Application value of continuous nursing intervention in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨延续护理干预在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用价值。方法选取104例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各52例。分别开展常规及延续护理。比较两组护理效果。结果出院时两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院后护理干预1年,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组盆底功能锻炼、科学运动、心态调节、规范服药、注意个人卫生行为、生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将延续护理干预应用于慢性盆腔炎患者中,可提高遵医行为,改善心理状态,提升生活质量,具有应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of continuous nursing intervention in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 104 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.Carry out routine and continuous care respectively.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and life quality scores between the two groups at discharge(P>0.05).After nursing intervention for 1 year after discharge,SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The scores of pelvic floor functional exercise,scientific exercise,mental adjustment,standardized medication,attention to personal hygiene behavior and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying continuous nursing intervention to discharged patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can improve their compliance behavior,improve their psychological status,and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
