运动疗法联合心理护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of exercise therapy combined with psychological nursing in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的分析运动疗法联合心理护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取70例妊娠期糖尿病患者,采用随机分组法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。观察组应用运动疗法联合心理护理,对照组应用单纯心理护理。比较两组患者护理前后血糖水平及不良分娩结局发生率。结果护理前,两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组FPG、2h PG及HbA1c水平均明显低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良分娩结局发生率11.43%低于对照组的31.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者实施运动疗法联合心理护理,能够有效控制患者的血糖水平,改善分娩结局,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of exercise therapy combined with psychological nursing in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 70 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with exercise therapy combined with psychological nursing,while the control group was treated with simple psychological nursing.The blood glucose level and the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes before and after care were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of FPG,2h PG and HbA1c in 2 groups were significantly lower than before nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse birth outcomes in the observation group was 11.43% lower than that in the control group(31.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise therapy combined with psychological nursing can effectively control the blood sugar level of patients with gestational diabetes and improve the outcome of childbirth,which has clinical popularization value.
