全程无缝隙护理应用于妇科手术室护理中的效果研究

Study on the effect of whole process seamless nursing in gynecological operating room nursing

目的研究全程无缝隙护理应用于妇科手术室护理中的效果。方法选取60例行妇科手术患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用全程无缝隙护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者肛门排气时间、首次排便时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度96.67%高于对照组76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能及精神健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程无缝隙护理应用于妇科手术室护理中效果显著,可改善手术指标、临床恢复指标,提高护理满意度及生活质量,改善患者不良心理情绪,降低并发症发生率,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To study the effect of seamless nursing in gynecological operating room.Methods 60 gynecological surgery patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with seamless nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Anal exhaust time,first defecation time and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67% higher than that of the control group 76.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,HAMA score and HAMD score of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Physiological function,physical pain,social function and mental health scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process of seamless nursing applied in gynecological operating room nursing effect is significant,can improve surgical indicators,clinical recovery indicators,improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life,improve patients'adverse psychological mood,reduce the incidence of complications,has the clinical promotion value.
