人文关怀护理在妇科体检中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of humanistic care in gynecological physical examination

目的分析妇科体检者采用不同护理方法的差异。方法选取92例妇科体检者,根据随机数字表法分为常规组与人文组,每组46例。常规组采用常规护理,人文组在常规组基础上采用人文关怀护理。比较两组护理前后心理状态及生活质量评分。结果护理前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组生活质量评分高于护理前,且人文组明显高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前,且人文组SAS评分、SDS评分(40.37±2.57)、(41.76±2.50)分均明显低于常规组的(46.34±3.18)、(47.67±2.53)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科体检者采用人文关怀护理能够有效改善不良心理状态,提高其生活质量,值得在临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the difference of different nursing methods in gynecological physical examination.Methods 92 gynecological physical examination patients were selected and divided into routine group and humanistic group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The conventional group adopted routine nursing,and the humanistic group adopted humanistic care nursing on the basis of the conventional group.The mental state and quality of life scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the two groups was higher than before nursing,and the humanistic group was significantly higher than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and SAS score and SDS score of the humanities group(40.37±2.57)and(41.76±2.50)were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(46.34±3.18)and(47.67±2.53),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care for gynecological physical examination patients can effectively improve the poor mental state,improve their quality of life,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
