摘要
肝纤维化为慢性肝炎的基本病理改变之一,可进一步发展为肝硬化甚至肝癌,而早期肝纤维化为一种可逆性病变,因此早期诊断对该疾病的决策具有重要的临床意义。近年来磁共振技术的发展为肝纤维化无创诊断与分期提供了可能,本文旨在对应用于该疾病的磁共振技术做一综述。
Liver fibrosis is one of the basic pathological changes of chronic hepatitis and can progress to cirrhosis or even liver cancer.The development of magnetic resonance technology in recent years has provided the possibility of non-invasive diagnosis and staging of liver fibrosis,and the aim of this article is to review the magnetic resonance techniques applied to this disease.
