摘要
制造业敏捷新产品开发是企业应对激烈竞争的有效策略,但目前缺乏成熟的开发与过程管理模型来指导企业实践。在发明过程解决理论(C-TRIZ)研究与多年在企业开展发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)实践应用的基础上,首先提出了制造业T-型敏捷新产品开发的概念;之后从技术实现的视角构建了T-型敏捷新产品开发系统、创新初始机遇识别与T-型敏捷新产品开发过程模型;又从管理的视角构建了T-型敏捷新产品开发过程管理模型。这两类模型不仅为制造业引入TRIZ提供了新模式,也为制造业敏捷新产品开发提供了一种新选择。
In order to ensure the development quality of new products in the manufacturing industry,the technical management field constructs a stage-gate model for the process management of new product development,and the design theory and method are constructed in the design field to develop a product design process model that meets different needs.The application of both types of models supports product development in the manufacturing.However,economic globalization and anti-globalization have intensified the competition in the manufacturing industry,and in order to cope with complex environmental changes and fierce competition,enterprises need an agile product development model that integrates the advantages of management and design process.Although the application of agile software development methods has promotes the agile development of manufacturing products,there is currently no established model of agile product development process that is widely accepted by manufacturing.Based on C-TRIZ theory,this paper constructs the T-type agile new product development and process management model in the manufacturing industry by extending the concept and model of agile invention process in C-TRIZ.The main research contents include:(1)The agile software development process and its impact on manufacturing agile development process are reviewed,and the agile invention process under C-TRIZ is discussed.(2)Through the study of key issues such as T-type agile new product development system,identification of initial opportunities for new product development,and implementation process model of T-type agile new product development,the implementation process of T-type agile new product development in the manufacturing industry was constructed.Among them,the traditional new product development process represented by the stage-gate is in the horizontal position in the T-type agile new product development system,whose advantage lies in the establishment of linear innovation management process.The TRIZ project is located in the vertical position of traditional new product development,which has the advantage of solving invention problems in innovation quickly and with high quality;(3)The content of each stage of the stage-gate model is replaced with the corresponding stage of the T-type agile new product development process,so that the invention problem solving process constructed by TRIZ and C-TRIZ is fundamentally integrated into the existing new product development process,and the T-type agile new product development process management in the industry manufacturing is formed.This study not only explores a new model for improving the theory and practice of agile development of new products in manufacturing,but also lays a foundation for the technology transfer of C-TRIZ/TRIZ in more enterprises.The T-type agile new product development and process management model is oriented by the development of manufacturing product development needs,which provides a new choice for the manufacturing industry to quickly respond to the changes in the product development environment,solve complex product development problems,and realize the development and management of agile new products.The construction of the Ttype agile new product development system,the identification of initial opportunities for product innovation and the implementation process model of T-agile new product development helps engineers identify valuable innovation opportunities in the daily new product development process of enterprises,form innovative intentions,and improve the overall innovation ability of enterprises.
