新形势下我国森林可燃物研究现状及森林防火对策 被引量:21

摘要 森林可燃物是森林燃烧的物质基础,开展森林可燃物的研究是森林火灾预防的基础性工作。新形势下的森林可燃物研究对我国现代森林防火工作具有十分重要的意义。综述了国内外森林可燃物研究现状,并以此为基础,提出了新形势下我国森林防火工作的对策及森林火灾灾后管理的策略:1)在进行森林防火工作时,可通过调整林分结构,加强生物防火工程建设,并采用先进的生物防火技术,对可燃物进行科学管理;2)对农、林、牧业进行产业结构调整,降低森林燃烧性;3)推广使用清洁的生物能源,减少森林可燃物积累。研究结果可为提高我国森林防火科学化管理水平提供参考。 Forest fuel is the material basis of forest fire,and the research of forest combustible is the basic work of forest fire prevention.The study of forest fuel under the new situation is of great significance to the modern forest fire prevention work in China.Here,the research status of forest fuel in China and oversea were summarized,and the countermeasures of forest fire prevention in China under the new situation and the strategies pose-fire management were proposed:1)To achieve the goal of scientific management of forest fuel,the stand structure can be adjusted,the construction of biological fire prevention engineering was strengthened,and advanced biological fire prevention technology was adopted.2)To reduce forest combustion,the industrial structure of agriculture,forestry and animal husbandry can be adjusted.3)To reduce the accumulation of forest fuel,the use of clean biological energy can be promoted.The results of this paper can provide basic data and theoretical basis for improving the scientific management level of forest fire prevention in China.
