森林防火是保护森林生态资源的重要工作之一,森林防火预警监测系统智能化程度决定了森林防火预警监测的水平,铁塔视频是森林防火预警监测技术之一。介绍了铁塔视频在湖南的分布情况,分析了当前湖南省将铁塔视频用于森林防火工作的形式,从提高覆盖率、提升共享度和提升技术水平3个方面提出了合理开发利用铁塔视频建设森林防火视频监控系统的建议与思考,对建设森林防火视频预警监测有指导意义。

Forest fire prevention is one of the important tasks to protect forest ecological resources.The level of forest fire prevention early warning monitoring is determined by the degree of intelligence of the forest fire prevention early warning monitoring system.Iron tower video is one of the forest fire prevention early warning monitoring technologies.The distribution of iron tower video in Hunan province was introduced,the forms of using iron tower video for forest fire prevention in Hunan province at present were analyzed,and some suggestions and thoughts on reasonably developing and utilizing iron tower video to build a forest fire prevention video monitoring system from three aspects were put forward,including improving the coverage rate,enhancing the sharing degree and improving the technical level,which is of guiding significance for building a forest fire prevention video early warning monitoring system.
