航空应急救援机群灭火作业案例分析

Case Analysis of Aviation Emergency Rescue Fleet Firefighting Operations

简述了应急管理部南方航空护林总站丽江站(以下简称丽江站)4年来应急管理部航空应急救援情况,并结合发生在滇川藏的航空应急救援案例,对航空机群灭火的组织实施方法、战术经验及后勤保障进行了阐述。指出机群吊桶洒水灭火技术在扑救滇川藏地区森林火灾中发挥更为重要的作用,为建设国家航空应急救援体系打下一定的基础,进一步推动新时代我国航空应急救援体系建设。

The aviation emergency rescue situation in the four years of Lijiang Station of the Southern China Aerial Forest Fire Protection Terminus of Ministry of Emergency Management of the People's Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as Lijiang Station)was briefly described.Combined with the aviation emergency rescue cases in Yunnan,Sichuan and Tibet,the organization and implementation methods,tactical experience and logistical support for the firefighting of aviation fleets were carried out.It was expounded and pointed out that the spraying fire extinguishing technology of the aircraft group bucket buckets plays a more important role in fighting forest fires in Yunnan,Sichuan and Tibet,laying a certain foundation for the construction o£the national aviation emergency rescue system,and further promoting the construction of China's aviation emergency rescue system in the new era.
