传统生猪养殖大县数字化转型模式分析--以新兴县数字农业农村试点为例

Analysis of the Digital Transformation Model of Major Traditional Pig Production Counties--A Case Study of the Digital Agriculture Rural Pilot of Xinxing County

乡村要振兴,产业必振兴。为探究在全面推进乡村振兴背景下传统生猪产业的数字化转型路径,以国内典型传统生猪养殖大县广东省云浮市新兴县为例,从产业基础、面临问题、转型探索、运营难点等4个方面,对新兴县数字农业农村试点建设的实践进行总结,重点对新兴县面向政府侧、猪企侧、公众侧3类主体不同需求的数字化转型措施进行分析。针对在数字化转型起步阶段如何克服数字农业“难落地、难推广”的问题,提出加大数据开放共享服务力度,加强信息化建设与联农带动机制融合,坚持信息化建设运营“两手抓”,拓展联动农业金融等元素进行多维赋能等启示与建议,旨在为广东省内乃至国内生猪养殖大县的数字化转型建设提供参考。

To revitalize the countryside,the industry must be revitalized first.In order to explore the digital transformation path of the traditional pig industry under the background of comprehensive promotion to rural revitalization,taking Xinxing county in Yunfu,Guangdong province,a domestic traditional major pig production county,as an example,the practice of the construction of digital agriculture rural pilot of Xinxing county was summarized from industrial foundation,current problems,exploration of transformation,and operational difficulties,and the digital transformation measures of Xinxing county for the different needs of three subjects were analyzed,namely,the government,pig enterprises,and the public.In order to overcome the difficulty of the carrying-out and promotion of the digital agriculture in the start-up stage of digital transformation,enlightenment and suggestions were put forward from the acceleration of data development and sharing efforts,the integration of informatization construction with the driving mechanism of joint agriculture,the synchronous development of construction and operation,and multi-dimensional empowerment through simultaneous operation and linkage with agricultural finance,aiming at providing certain references for the digital transformation and construction of major pig production counties in Guangdong province as well as in China.
