蔬菜栽培学课程中蔬菜文化思政的作用与应用

中华传统蔬菜文化承载着中国的蔬菜品种演变历史、栽培科技发展、人文情怀和价值观念等诸多重要的思政元素,对培养热爱农业、了解农业、未来可助力农业发展和兴旺农业产业的学子意义重大。在信息化高速发展的今天,时代发展和社会进步对高校教育者提出的课程思政建设和课程思维理念提出了更高的要求,思政教育技巧与思政元素如何自然地融入专业课程的教学,做到知识传授与价值引领的整合是实现教育目标的重要内容。该文分析蔬菜栽培学课程在园艺学学生专业和德育教育中的重要性,阐述传统蔬菜文化对中国农业科技、文化及社会发展进程的重要意义,以及传统文化融合思政教育的设计,实现文、理、德的深度融合,促进学生全面发展。

Traditional Chinese vegetable culture contains many important elements of ideological and political education, such as the history of the evolution of Chinese vegetable varieties, the development of cultivation techniques, and humanistic sentiments and values, which are of great significance inpreparing students who love andknow about agriculture for agricultural industry in the future. In today’s rapid development of information technology, social progress of the new era has posed higher requirements for the construction of the curriculum and the concept of ideological and political education in the course. How the skills and elements of ideological and political education can be naturally integrated into the teaching of vocational courses and how the integration of knowledge transfer with value leadership can be achieved, are the important for achieving educational goals. This paper analyzes the importance of the Vegetable Cultivation course in the vocational and moral education of horticultural students, explains the significance of traditional vegetable culture to Chinese agricultural science, technology and culture as well as to the process of social development, and introduces the design of traditional culture integrated with the ideological and political education in the course,thus achieving a deep integration of culture, science and morality and promoting the all-round development of students.
