摘要
农业农村现代化亟需具有“三农”情怀的人才投身于乡村建设。该文从个人、教师和高校3个层面分析大学生“三农”情怀自我培育意识差,“三农”相关课程情怀联结弱,“三农”情怀教育资源整合能力不足的现实困境,由此提出耕读教育形势下大学生“三农”情怀教育实施路径,从第一课堂到第四课堂,在特色课程体系、校内文化活动、校外社会实践、建设网络平台方面,全方位建立高校大学生“三农”情怀教育体系,以期提升大学生“三农”情怀教育实效,助力乡村人才培育。
Agricultural and rural modernization urgently needs talents with the feelings of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" to devote themselves to rural construction. This paper analyzes the realistic predicament of college students’ feelings of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" from the aspects of individuals, teachers and colleges and universities, such as poor self-cultivation consciousness of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", weak connection of related courses, and insufficient ability to integrate educational resources of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". As a result, this paper puts forward the implementation path of college students’ feelings of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" in the situation of ploughing-learning education, from the first classroom to the fourth classroom, in the characteristic curriculum system, on-campus cultural activities and off-campus social practice. In the aspect of building a network platform, we should establish an all-round education system for college students’ feelings of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", so as to enhance the effectiveness of college students’ feelings of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" and help cultivate rural talents.
