基于产教研三元融合的园林植物类人才培养模式创新与实践 被引量:1

摘要 园林植物类人才培养面临针对不同受众的课程体系存在针对性弱、创新能力培养不足和社会服务意识淡薄等问题。对此,提出产教研“三元融合”的园林植物类人才培养模式,通过课程体系完善、深化科教融合机制和创新校企合作机制等方式,全面推进园林植物类人才的培养,构建人才培养路径图。并以福建农林大学园林专业2020—2022年人才培养方式为例,总结教育教学创新点和取得的主要成效。 The cultivation of landscape plant talents is faced with some problems,such as weak pertinence of curriculum system for different audiences,insufficient cultivation of innovative ability,social service consciousness weak and so on.In view of this,this paper puts forward the landscape plant talent training mode of"three-way integration"of production,teaching and research,and comprehensively promotes the cultivation of landscape plant talents by means of perfecting the curriculum system,deepening the integration mechanism of science and education,and innovating the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises.The talent training path map is constructed.Taking the talent training mode of landscape architecture major in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University in the past three years as an example,the innovation and main achievements of education and teaching are summarized.
