钙递送体系的研究进展

摘要 钙是人体必需的营养元素,缺钙易引发佝偻病和骨质疏松症等相关疾病。常见的无机钙和有机钙制剂在小肠弱碱性环境下会部分形成沉淀,导致钙的吸收和生物利用度低。蛋白、多糖等天然有机载体因其优良的稳定性、生物降解性、生物相容性、高营养价值、低毒性等特性而倍受青睐,已被用于钙递送体系的构建。本文主要综述了钙递送体系的研究进展,重点介绍了不同钙递送体系在胃肠道中对钙的可控释放与促钙吸收效应,对于探索和开发具有更高生物利用度和更好稳定性的新型钙递送体系具有重要意义。 Calcium is an essential nutrient element for human health,and lack of calcium can easily lead to rickets and osteoporosis. However,both organic and inorganic calcium preparations will partially form precipitation due to weak alkaline environment in the small intestine,leading to low calcium absorption and bioavailability. Natural organic carriers,such as protein and polysaccharide are favored because of their excellent stability,biodegradability,biocompatibility,high nutritional value and low toxicity,and have been used in the development of calcium delivery systems. This paper mainly reviewed the research progress of calcium delivery systems,focusing on the controlled release and absorption enhancing effects of different calcium delivery systems on calcium in the gastrointestinal tract.The review is important for the exploration and development of new calcium delivery systems with high bioavailability and good stability.
