摘要 土地是实现经济高质量发展的重要载体,实现绿色生态和土地利用协调发展,对于促进区域经济发展和优化国土空间布局有重大意义。以粤港澳大湾区为研究对象,采用熵值法测算绿色发展综合指数,非期望SBM法测算各城市土地利用效率,通过建立门槛回归模型研究绿色发展对城市土地利用效率的影响。研究表明,(1)粤港澳大湾区绿色发展水平呈稳步增长趋势,且区域差异逐步缩小;(2)粤港澳大湾区城市土地利用效率逐年提升,在空间上呈现出非均匀分布的特征;(3)绿色发展对城市土地利用效率的影响具有明显的门槛效应,呈现先减后增的变化趋势,当绿色发展水平在0.466以下时,随着发展程度的提升,土地利用效率逐渐降低;在绿色发展水平高于0.466的情况下,绿色发展可促进城市土地利用效率提高。 Land is an important carrier to achieve high-quality economic development.Realizing the coordinated development of green ecology and land use is of great significance to promote regional economic development and optimize the spatial layout of land.Taking Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as the research object,the comprehensive index of green development is calculated by entropy method,and the urban land use efficiency is calculated by non-expected SBM method.The impact of green development on urban land use efficiency is studied by establishing threshold regression model.The research shows that:(1)The green development level of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area shows a steady growth trend,and the regional differences are gradually narrowing;(2)the urban land use efficiency of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is increasing year by year,showing the characteristics of non-uniform distribution in space;(3)the influence of green development on urban land use efficiency has an obvious threshold effect,showing a trend of decreasing at first and then increasing.When the level of green development is below 0.466,with the improvement of the degree of development,the efficiency of land use decreases gradually;when the level of green development is higher than 0.466,green development can improve the efficiency of urban land use.
