考虑电动汽车集群及碳捕集厂的经济调度研究 被引量:1

摘要 低碳化是未来我国电力系统发展的主要方向,而提升风电等可再生能源的利用率及火电机组低碳化改造是推动碳达峰、实现碳中和的重要手段。该文考虑将大规模电动汽车与风电协调互补运行以改善弃风现象,提升风电利用率,引入碳捕集技术以降低火电厂碳排放强度。此外考虑大规模电动汽车并网调度存在的优化难问题,提出分群优化的电动汽车集群充放电优化调度模型,其次考虑电动汽车与风电存在的不确定性,引入模糊理论,采用模糊参数对风电及电动汽车的预测值进行描述。接着以系统综合运行成本最低为目标构建考虑大规模电动汽车及碳捕集电厂的含风电电力系统低碳经济调度模型。采用改进的IEEE-39节点系统进行算例分析。结果表明,本方法能有效改善风电弃风现象,降低系统碳排放量与综合运行成本,实现电力低碳化及经济性发展。 Low-carbon electricity is the prospect of future electric power system,improving the utilization rate of renewable energy and low-carbon transformation of thermal power units are an important means to promote carbon peaking and achieve the goal of carbon neutrality.This thesis considers the coordinated operation of large-scale electric vehicles and wind power to improve the phenomenon of wind power curtailment,and introduces carbon capture technology to reduce the carbon emission of thermal power plants.In addition,considering the optimization difficulty of large-scale electric vehicle grid connection scheduling,a cluster optimization electric vehicle cluster charge and discharge optimization scheduling model is proposed.Secondly,the fuzzy theory is introduced considering the uncertainty of wind power and electric vehicles.The fuzzy parameters are used to describe the predicted values of wind power and electric vehicles.Then,taking the lowest comprehensive operating cost of the system as the objective function,a low-carbon economic dispatch model of power system with wind power considering comprehensive flexible operation mode of carbon capture power plant and electric vehicle cluster is constructed.Finally,the improved IEEE-39 bus system is used for example analysis,the results show that the coordinated operation of electric vehicle cluster and carbon capture power plant can play a role in peak shaving and valley filling,effectively improve wind power curtailment,reduce system carbon emissions and comprehensive operation cost,and realize low-carbon power and economic development.
