摘要
燃煤发电机组通常采用胶球清洗装置来清洗凝汽器内循环水管道,利用胶球泵加压,将胶球从装球室输送至凝汽器换热管中,依靠胶球与凝汽器换热管壁所产生的摩擦力清洗换热管内的污垢及杂质,在循环水出口端利用水流将胶球回收至装球室,从而完成一次换热管清洗。某发电机组长期收球率在50%以下,不仅胶球得不到回收利用,更影响换热管清洁度从而影响机组经济性。针对此类情况,对收球网本体进行优化改造,并在收球网与循环水管壁之间加装柔性密封结构,采取控制循环水管道流速等措施,使得收球网率达到95%以上。
The coal-fired power unit usually uses the glue ball cleaning device to clean the circulating water pipe in the condenser,and the glue ball is pressurized by the glue ball pump to transport the glue ball from the loading chamber to the condenser heat exchanger tube.The dirt and impurities in the heat exchanger tube are cleaned by the friction between the glue ball and the wall of the condenser heat exchanger tube,and the glue ball is recovered to the ball loading room by water flow at the outlet of the circulating water,so as to complete the primary heat exchanger tube cleaning.The long-term ball collection rate of a generator set is less than 50%,which not only cannot be recycled,but also affects the cleanliness of the heat exchanger tube and the economy of the unit.Aiming at this situation,the ball collection net body is optimized and modified,and flexible sealing structure is installed between the ball collecting net and the circulating water pipe wall,and the flow velocity of the circulating water pipe is controlled,so that the catch net rate is more than 95%.
