BIM技术在绿色建筑节能设计中的应用研究

随着可持续发展理念在建筑行业中的应用,其应用效果得到各界人士的高度认可。该文论述绿色建筑指的是人们在基于对大自然的认识、尊重及顺应的基础上,有效地解决排污多、耗能高等问题,绿色建筑施工理念也是一种新型的建筑理念,为更好地满足新时期对建筑行业发展的要求,对建筑企业在绿色建筑节能设计方面提出更高的要求,要求设计人员要充分的考虑到建筑内部自然通风以及自然光照等因素。BIM技术的应用为绿色建筑节能设计提供新的发展方向。该研究深入地分析BIM技术在绿色建筑节能设计中的具体应用。

With the application of the concept of sustainable development in the construction industry,its application effect has been highly recognized by people from all walks of life.This paper discusses green building means that on the basis of understanding,respecting and adapting to nature,people effectively solve the problems of high pollution discharge and high energy consumption,and the concept of green building construction is also a new type of architectural concept.In order to better meet the requirements for the development of the construction industry in the new era,higher requirements are put forward for construction enterprises in the energy-saving design of green buildings.Designers are required to fully take into account the building’s internal natural ventilation and natural lighting and other factors.The application of BIM technology provides a new development direction for energy-saving design of green buildings.This study analyzes the specific application of BIM technology in the energy-saving design of green buildings.
