摘要 针对气气双燃料(天然气-煤气合成气)的燃气轮机发电机组,提出一种双燃料燃气轮机发电机组一键切换全程自动控制策略。基于燃气轮机控制系统功能和双燃料切换流程,提出在燃料切换的初始阶段、切换过程中及结束阶段的全程自动控制策略,该控制策略实现了在不停机的情况下2种燃料在线平稳、无扰双向切换,确保机组燃烧室出口平均温度、动态压力值等各项参数快速稳定控制。经多次切换试验表明,该控制策略能实现双燃料燃气轮机发电机组在天然气-煤气合成气2种燃料间的稳定、可靠切换控制,缩短燃料切换时间,降低天然气用量,提高机组启动经济性。 For gas-gas dual fuel(natural gas-gas syngas)gas turbine generator sets,a whole process automatic control strategy of one button switching for dual fuel gas turbine generator sets is proposed.Based on gas turbine control system function and dual fuel switching process,the whole automatic control strategy is proposed in the initial stage,during the switching process and the end stage of fuel switching.The control strategy achieves two fuels online smoothly and bumpless two-way switch in the case of non-stop,and ensures that the unit combustor exit temperature,dynamic pressure values of various parameters fast and stable control.Several switching tests show that the control strategy can realize the stable and reliable switching control between natural gas and gas syngas for dual-fuel gas turbine generator set.It shortens the fuel switching time,reduces the consumption of natural gas and improves the start-up economy of the unit.
