摘要
某热电厂1号机组在首次启动期间高压转子发生动静摩擦,对胀差的产生原因进行分析,并探讨胀差对机组自身所造成的影响,分析胀差增加的原因和具体的机理,从而研究出能够有效控制胀差的对策,使胀差能够被控制在合理的范围内,确保汽轮机的安全运行,从而延长汽轮机的使用寿命,提升汽轮机的经济效益。
The high pressure dynamic and static friction occurred during the first start-up of No.1 unitin a thermal power plant.It analyzes the causes of the expansion difference,and discusses the influence of the expansion differenceon the unit itself.It analyzes the reason of the expansion difference increases and the concretemechanism,so as to study the effective countermeasures to control expansion difference.The expansion difference can be controlled in a reasonable range to ensure the safe operation of steam turbine,so as to prolong the service life of steam turbineand improve the economic benefits of steam turbines.
