摘要 大学教学伦理是大学教学中师生互动所依据的道德准绳和价值尺度,在本质上是对大学教学合道德、依规律性和从发展性原则的规定。现代大学教学崇尚教学自由、公平正义、以人为本、包容博爱、教书育人等原则。当今时代建构大学教学伦理需要确立科学的大学教学理念、提供恰当的大学教学内容、维护教学的公平正义、构建和谐的民主型师生关系,是大学精神的应有之义,是大学教学改革的必然要求,也是落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求。 College teaching ethics is the moral criterion and value scale based on the interaction between teachers and students.In essence,college teaching ethics is moral,according to the regularity of teaching and from the developmental principle.Modern college teaching advocates freedom,justice,fraternity,teaching principles,etc.Nowadays,construction of college ethics is the due meaning of college spirit,the inevitable requirement of college teaching reform,and the internal requirement of implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating students.Constructing ethics of college teaching needs to establish the scientific idea of teaching,which can provide appropriate teaching contents,maintain teaching justice,construct democratic and harmonious relationship between teachers and students,implement the basic task of building morality and cultivating students.
