在OBE教学理念指导下“酶工程”混合式教学改革探索 被引量:3

摘要 以学生为中心、产出为导向的OBE(Outcome-Based Education,OBE)教育理念是近几年工科专业教学改革的主旨。传统的以教室、教材和教师为中心的教学模式已不再适用于目前的教育培养目标。为满足应用型人才的培养目标,在以学生为中心、产出为导向的教学理念下提高课堂教学质量,开设线上线下混合式课程教学改革势在必行。“酶工程”是食品及生物类专业的一门重要课程,通过对其课程目标、混合式教学内容设计及多维考核评价方式等方面的教学改革来对混合式教学进行探索和实践。结果表明,“酶工程”混合式教学可提高学生的学习主动性及独立学习能力,且有助于提高学生调研、分析和解决工程问题能力。这为专业课程的混合式教学模式改革提供了新思路,具有参考作用。 In recent years,the main purpose of teaching reform is the teaching concept of student-centeredness and Outcome-Based Education(OBE).Traditional teaching model is no longer applicable to current educational training target such as book and teacher-centeredness to teach student in classrooms.In order to meet the training objectives of the application talent ability,it is imperative to reform the teaching model and set up the online-offline blended teaching for improving the quality of teaching based on the teaching concept of student-centeredness and OBE.Enzyme Engineering is an important course for food and biology majors.Through the teaching reform of its curriculum objectives,mixed teaching content design and multi-dimensional assessment methods,the mixed teaching is explored and practiced.The results show that Enzyme Engineering mixed teaching can improve students’learning initiative and independent learning ability,and help improve students’ability to investigate,analyze and solve engineering problems.This can provide a new way of thinking for the reform of the mixed teaching mode of professional courses and has a reference role.
