基于“四性一度”的在线“金课”建设探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Online“Golden Course”Construction Based on“Four Natures and One Degree”

军事职业教育是“三位一体”新型军事人才培养体系中的重要环节,是全面贯彻落实新时代军事教育方针的关键举措。按照教育部建设五类“金课”的指导思想,军队院校依托军事职业教育平台,着力建设符合军队特色的在线“金课”。以军事职业教育平台“某型飞机外挂物管理系统”在线开放课程建设过程为例,从铸魂性、为战性、高阶性、创新性、挑战度,探索以“四性一度”为标准的在线“金课”建设思路与方法,为提高军事职业教育平台在线开放课程建设质效提供有价值的参考与借鉴。

Military vocational education is an important link in the“trinity”new military talent training system and a key measure to fully implement the policy of military education in the new era.According to the guiding ideology of the Ministry of Education in building five types of“golden course”,military colleges and universities rely on the military vocational education platform to focus on building“online golden course”in line with military characteristics.Taking the online open course construction process of the military vocational education platform of“a certain type of aircraft external storing management system”as an example,this paper explores the ideas and methods of online“golden course”construction based on the standard of“four natures and one degree”from the five aspects of“soul casting,war fighting,high-level,innovation and challenge”,so as to provide valuable reference and reference for improving the quality and efficiency of online open course construction of military vocational education platform.
