科教融合背景下学工与科研联合育人模式研究

Research on Joint Education Mode of Ideological and Political Education and Scientific Research under the Background of the Integration of Science and Education

科研育人是全员、全程、全方位育人的重要内容,是提高人才培养质量的重要途径。学生思想政治教育工作与科研工作有效联动是高校实现高质量发展的必然之路。目前,学生思想政治教育工作和科研工作尚未形成有效的联动机制,影响和制约了科研育人充分发挥。在科教融合背景下,高校学生思想政治教育工作和科研工作应该克服“两张皮”现象,充分挖掘科研工作中的育人资源、育人元素,构建更加有效的科研育人途径和方式,形成工作合力,打通“三全育人”的最后一公里。

Scientific research education is the important content of full,full-process,all-round education and the important way to improve the quality of talent cultivation.The effective linkage of ideological and political education of students and scientific research is the inevitable way to achieve high-quality development of colleges and universities.At present,the lack of an effective linkage mechanism between ideological and political education of students and scientific research has affected and restricted the full play of scientific research education.Under the background of the integration of science and education,ideological and political education of college students and scientific research should overcome the“two skins”phenomenon,attain the full potential of the educational resources and educational elements in scientific research,build more effective ways and methods of scientific research education,form joint efforts,and get through the last kilometer of“three-all education”.
