宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床价值

Clinical value of hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps combined with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system in the treatment of endometrial polyps

目的研究宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床价值。方法随机选择2019年5月至2021年8月收治的子宫内膜息肉患者94例开展研究,分为试验组和对照组,观察2组患者临床指标变化情况。结果术前及术后1个月,2组患者的子宫内膜厚度相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第3个月及第6个月,试验组的子宫内膜厚度与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的E2值、P值与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但试验组的月经量明显比对照组少(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后的CA125、hs-CRP显著降低(P<0.05),且试验组患者治疗后的CA125、hs-CRP显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统能有效控制患有子宫内膜息肉患者的月经量,降低子宫内膜息肉,临床价值显著。

Objective To study the clinical value of hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps combined with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 94 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to August 2021 were randomly recruited and assigned to experimental group and control group.Clinical indicators in the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the endometrial thickness before and 1 month after operation between groups(P>0.05),which was significant different at 3 and 6 months after operation(both P<0.05).There were no significant differences in estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)values between groups(both P>0.05),while the menstrual volume of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,cancer antigen 125(CA125)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in both groups were significantly reduced(both P<0.05),which in experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps combined with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system can effectively control the menstrual volume of patients with endometrial polyps and reduce endometrial polyps,showing a significant clinical value.
