品管圈管理在降低中心药房调剂差错率中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle Management in Reducing the Error Rate of Dispensing in the Central Pharmacy

目的探讨品管圈管理在降低中心药房调剂差错率中的应用。方法采用品管圈管理法对我院中心药房药品调剂差错进行管理,分析调剂差错原因、确定整改重点、拟定改进计划,并评价实施效果。结果调剂差错总件数由151件降至65件,平均每周件数由37.75件/周降低16.25件/周,已完成设定目标值,且目标达标率(37.75%-16.25%)÷(37.75%-17.05%)=104%,降幅达56.95%;全体圈成员的责任心、责任荣誉、团队精神、解决问题能力、沟通能力、品管手法等能力得到显著提升。结论品管圈管理可降低中心药房调剂差错率,可使药师个人的综合能力得以显著提升,有助药房质量管理持续改进,提升药学服务质量,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the application of quality control circle management in reducing the error rate of dispensing in the central pharmacy.Methods Drug dispensing errors in the central pharmacy of XX Hospital were managed using the quality control circle management method.After analyzing the reasons for the dispensing errors,the key points of rectification were made to formulate improvement plans,and thus evaluating the implementation effects.Results The total number of dispensing errors decreased from 151 to 65,and the mean number of dispensing errors per week was reduced from 37.75 pieces/week to 16.25 pieces/week.We have complete the set target,with the target achievement rate of 104%(37.75%-16.25%/37.75%-17.05%).The sense of responsibility,responsibility honor,team spirit,problem-solving skills,communication skills,quality control techniques of members have been significantly improved.Conclusion Quality control circle management can reduce the error rate of dispensing in the central pharmacy,and improve the comprehensive ability of pharmacists.It contributes to the persistent improvement of the quality in the management of the central pharmacy and pharmaceutical services,which is recommended to clinical practice.
