摘要
殿策是明朝与朝鲜王朝选拔人才的重要手段。关于人才问题的讨论是两国殿策中的重要内容之一。两国殿策均就人才的培养、选拔和管理等方面对应试者进行考查。本文通过对明与朝鲜(1392—1644)殿策中人才观的比较,深入分析在相同文化背景下,因各自国情的差异而产生对人才观的不同评价,探讨产生不同人才观的内在原因和规律。
Examination papers of Palace test was an important way to select talents in the Ming Dynasty and the Korean Dynasty.The discussion on talents was an important part of the test of the two countries.The examinees were all tested in terms of personnel training,selection and management.By comparing the views on talents in the Ming and Korean examinations(1392—1644),this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the different opinions on talents under the same cultural background due to the differences in their respective national conditions,and probes into the internal causes and the laws of the different views on talents.
