钢材折弯开裂的影响因素及改进措施

摘要 钢材在折弯加工后,弯曲处容易出现开裂,根据开裂的位置,可分为角部开裂和中部开裂。开裂的影响因素有加工工艺不当和材料本身质量缺陷,采用化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能测试等方法分析了折弯开裂的各种影响因素,并提出了改进措施,结果可为相关从业人员提供参考。 After bending the steels, the bending part was prone to cracking. According to the location of cracking, it could be divided into corner cracking and middle cracking. The influencing factors of cracking were improper processing technology and quality defects of the material itself. Various influencing factors of bending cracking were analyzed by chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and mechanical property test, and improvement measures were proposed. The results could provide reference for relevant practitioners.
