金融业的高水平开放,将是双循环相互促进的开放;金融业的高水平开放,将是促进深层次改革的开放;金融业的高水平开放,将是推动高质量发展的开放。下一步,银保监会将按照党的二十大报告的要求,深入推进高水平对外开放,稳步扩大规则、规制、管理、标准等制度型开放。

Opening to the outside world is an important driving force for economic and social development.Promoting reform and development through opening-up is an important driving force for China to make continuous achievements in development.As the regulator of the banking and insurance industry,the CBIRC,guided by the overall opening-up strategy in China,takes financial security as the premise and strives to achieve a higher level of financial opening-up under the policy of"Independence,Order,Equality and Safety".In the next step,the CBIRC will,in accordance with the requirements of the report to the 20th CPC National Congress,further deepen high-level opening-up,and steadily expand institutional opening-up covering rules,regulations,management and standards etc.
