大学生中国文化英语表达能力评估体系构建

Establishing the Assessment System for College Students’Competence in Expressing Chinese Culture in English

在我国高校外语教育中开展中国文化英语表达能力测试与评估对促进中国文化英语教学、推动中国文化国际传播有着重要意义。文章在对比分析翻译能力、跨文化交际能力和中国文化英语表达能力等三个概念内涵的基础上,将中国文化英语表达能力的内涵结构界定为“知识”“技能”和“态度”3个一级指标和“中国文化知识”“英语国家文化知识”“跨文化交际理论知识”“英语语言应用能力”“策略能力”“工具能力”“思辨能力”“创新能力”“中国情怀”“文化自信”“跨文化同理心”“全球意识”12个二级指标,并对各个指标提出了“讲述中国故事”“中国文化英语宣介项目”“项目反思与评价”“问卷调查”“试卷测试”等不同的评价方法和相应的评价标准,构建了大学生中国文化英语表达能力的评估体系框架。

Based on the comparison between the competence in expressing Chinese culture in English and two other concepts:translation competence and intercultural communication competence,the research defines its connotative structure as an integration of knowledge,skills and attitude,which consists of 12 secondary indicators including the knowledge of Chinese culture,strategic competence,instrumental competence,passion for China,cultural confidence,etc.,and proposes the assessment system of college students’competence in expressing Chinese culture in English by suggesting different methods and corresponding criteria for measuring each indicator.
