摘要
以低结晶聚乙二醇为软段,异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸和1,4-丁二醇为硬段,合成了一种水性聚氨酯(WPU),可以用于水性油墨连接料。采用25%、35%和45%三种不同的硬段含量分别制备WPU,探讨了硬段含量对WPU分散体和胶膜性能的影响。结果表明:WPU具有低黏度、高固含量和低结晶性。WPU分散体最低黏度为34.3 mPa·s,最高固含量达到43.1%,pH值范围为6.9~7.4。随着硬段含量的增加,WPU膜的硬段玻璃化转变温度、相分离程度、水接触角增加,结晶能力和吸水率减少。当硬段含量为35%时,WPU膜的黏结性能和拉伸性能最佳。硬段含量为35%的WPU具有最佳综合性能,适合用于水性油墨连接料。
A kind of waterborne polyurethane(WPU) was synthesized with low crystalline polyethylene glycol as soft segment, isophorone diisocyanate, dimethylol propionic acid and 1, 4-butanediol as hard segment, which can be used as water-based ink binder. WPU was prepared with three different hard segment content of 25%, 35% and 45%, respectively.The effects of hard segment content on the properties of WPU dispersions and films were discussed. The results show that WPU has low viscosity, high solid content and low crystallinity. The lowest viscosity of WPU dispersion is 34.3 mPa·s,the highest solid content is 43.1%, and the pH value range is 6.9~7.4. With the increase of hard segment content, the hard segment glass transition temperature, phase separation degree and water contact angle of WPU film increase, while the crystallization ability and water absorption decrease. When the hard segment content is 35%, the WPU film has the best adhesion and tensile properties. WPU with hard segment content of 35% has the best comprehensive performance and is suitable for water-based ink binder.
