紫外光固化快速修复复合绝缘材料的实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study of UV Curing Rapid Repair Composite Insulating Materials

摘要 利用紫外光固化技术对复合绝缘材料所受模拟机械损伤修复进行探索。以环氧丙烯酸酯和聚氨酯丙烯酸酯为树脂基体,添加光引发剂和活性稀释剂,制备了光固化树脂。利用该光固化树脂和云母带层层堆叠并进行紫外光固化,制备了云母带-树脂样品,测试了产物的固化度和电气性能等基本参数。结果表明:云母带-树脂复合绝缘材料在25 s可完成固化,5层复合材料可一次性固化。而先固化10 s,后固化25 s的产物的电气性能最佳,其电场强度可达23 kV/mm,表面电阻率达2.74×10^(14)Ω,体积电阻率达1.54×10^(14)Ω·m,表明云母带-树脂固化产物具有良好的电气性能。 The repair of simulated mechanical damage of composite insulation materials by UV curing technology was explored. The UV-curable resin was prepared by using epoxy acrylate and polyurethane acrylate as resin matrix, adding photoinitiator and active diluent. The mica tape-resin sample was prepared by stacking the photocurable resin and mica tape layer and UV curing. The basic parameters such as curing degree and electrical properties of the product were tested.The results show that the mica tape-resin composite insulation material can be cured in 25 s, and the 5-layer composite material can be cured at one time. The electrical properties of the product cured for 10 s and then cured for 25 s are the best. The electric field strength can reach 23 kV/mm, the surface resistivity can reach 2.74×10^(14)Ω, and the volume resistivity can reach 1.54×10^(14)Ω·m, indicating that the mica tape-resin curing product has good electrical properties.
