聚碳酸酯流延工艺对薄膜可溶性晶点的影响及成分分析

摘要 聚碳酸酯在流延加工制成薄膜制品时容易在表面形成晶点,影响薄膜的光学性能。文章研究了不同流延工艺对两种不同牌号聚碳酸酯薄膜可溶性晶点的影响,通过偏光显微镜(POM)、小角激光散射(SALS)、红外光谱仪(FTIR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对晶点形貌和成分进行了分析。结果表明:聚碳酸酯(IR2200)在热和剪切力下稳定性更低,更容易形成分子量较高的聚碳酸酯晶点。晶点部分高分子量的聚碳酸酯运动能力较差,在流延成膜时不易和周围分子量较低的聚碳酸酯均匀分散混合,导致流延成膜后形成球状或其他形状的晶点。晶点的存在降低材料的耐磨损能力以及降低薄膜光学性能。 Polycarbonate is easy to form crystal points on the surface when casting into thin film products, which affects the optical properties of the film. The effects of different casting processes on the soluble crystal points of two kinds of polycarbonate films were studied. The morphology and composition of the crystal points were analyzed by polarizing microscope(POM), small angle laser scattering(SALS), infrared spectrometer(FTIR) and gel permeation chromatography(GPC). The results show that polycarbonate(IR2200) has lower stability under heat and shear force, and it is easier to form polycarbonate crystal points with higher molecular weight. Crystal point part of the high molecular weight polycarbonate movement ability is poor, in casting film is not easy and the surrounding low molecular weight polycarbonate evenly dispersed mix, resulting in casting film after formation of spherical or other shapes of crystal points.The presence of crystal points reduces the wear resistance of the material and reduces the optical properties of the film.
