混旋肉碱盐酸盐的合成方法

摘要 混旋肉碱盐酸盐是未经拆分的肉碱外消旋体,目前主要应用于饲料和饵料的添加剂,它可以提高生长猪的日增重,也能够提高产蛋鸡的产蛋率和种蛋的孵化率,并且对减少鱼体脂也有明显作用。本研究以混旋环氧氯丙烷和三甲胺盐酸盐为起始原料,经过胺化、氰化、水解、加成、离子交换等操作步骤得到混旋肉碱,最后与盐酸进行成盐反应得到混旋肉碱盐酸盐。本研究制定的工艺路线操作简便,收率稳定,产品质量符合相关要求,为混旋肉碱盐酸盐的生产提供了技术支持,具有不错的经济效益和社会效益。 Mixed carnitine hydrochloride is an unsplumbled carnitine racemic, which is currently mainly used in feed and bait additives, it can improve the daily weight gain of growing pigs, and can also improve the egg production rate of laying hens and the hatching rate of eggs, and also has a significant effect on reducing fish body fat. In this study, mixed cyclic epichlorohydrin and trimethylamine hydrochloride were used as starting materials, and mixed carnitine was obtained after amination, cyanidation,hydrolysis, addition, ion exchange and other operational steps, and finally the salting reaction with hydrochloric acid was carried out to obtain mixed carnitine hydrochloride. The process route developed in this study is simple to operate, the yield is stable, the product quality meets the relevant requirements, and it provides technical support for the production of mixed carnitine hydrochloride, which has good economic and social benefits.
