Application of RNA detection in time information analysis of biological stains

摘要 案件现场生物斑迹是最为常见的生物物证种类之一,也是当前法医物证检验的主要对象,在案件侦办相关的同一认定、个体识别、亲权鉴定中发挥着重要作用。而包括“时点、时长、时序”等在内的生物斑迹时间相关信息,不仅可以为案发时间推断、涉案人员甄别、案发过程重建提供参考,也可以有效提升生物物证证据价值。近年来,法庭科学领域开展了大量相关研究,生物斑迹RNA表达或降解规律及其与时间信息的关联关系已经成为一大研究热点。 Biological stains are one of the most common types of biological evidence at crime scenes and also the main objects of forensic identification. Biological stains have played important roles in the identity, individual and paternity identification related to case investigation. Actually, the time information including "time point, time length and time sequence " of biological evidence can not only provide reference for the inference of the time of crime, the identification of criminal suspects and the reconstruction of crime process, but also effectively improve the evidence value of biological spots. In recent years, a large number of related studies have been carried out in forensic science, and the relationship between RNA expression or degradation and time information has become a research hotspot.
