基于SciMAT的法医学死亡时间研究动态演化分析

摘要 目的 对法医学死亡时间研究进行可视化分析,动态展现该主题的演化脉络。方法 以Web of Science数据库中PMI研究的2 067篇文献为研究对象,应用SciMAT文献计量分析工具构建以关键词为表征的主题叠加图、主题战略坐标图及主题演化路径图。结果 主题叠加图示PMI主题关键词逐年增加,关键词的保留率不断升高,说明该领域在未来有较好的研究前景。主题战略坐标图提示近几年“法医昆虫学”“速率”“土壤”和“模式”主题较为热门,“药物”“蛋白”“人体残骸”和“人群”有较强的发展潜力,而“表达谱”尚属于较为专业的主题,一旦与其他主题联系起来,很快将成为热门主题。主题演化路径图提示PMI主题演化关系复杂,整体表现为法医昆虫学、法医病理学和法医微生物学三大演化路径方向。结论 法医昆虫学、法医病理学和法医微生物学在PMI中的应用研究受到高度关注,而且未来仍是持续的研究热点,随着新技术在法医学中的应用,可能会衍生出更多新兴主题。 Objective To visually analyze the postmortem interval(PMI) in forensic medicine and show the evolution of this theme. Methods 2 067 references of PMI research in Web of Science database were obtained as the research object.Document metrological analysis tool SciMAT was used to construct thematic overlapping map, thematic strategic coordinate map and thematic evolution map represented by keywords. Results The overlapping map shows that the keywords of PMI increased year by year, and the retention rate of keywords increased continuously, which indicates that this field has a good research prospect in the future. The strategic coordinate map indicates that the themes of “forensic entomology” “rate” “soil”and “pattern” are hot in recent years. “Drugs” “proteins” “human remains” and “population” have strong developmental potential. However, the “expression profile” is still a relatively professional theme, and will soon become a hot theme once linked with other themes. The evolution map indicates that the PMI theme evolution relationship is complex, which is generally manifested in three major research trends of forensic entomology, forensic pathology and forensic microbiology.Conclusion The application of forensic entomology, forensic pathology and forensic microbiology in field of PMI is highly concerned, and will continue to be a hotspot in the future, which may lead to more emerging themes with the application of new technologies in forensic medicine.
