摘要
教师专业伦理决策是幼儿教师队伍建设的生命线,对教师伦理决策的研究有助于提高幼儿园教师面对伦理困境时的决策力与规范性,从而促进整体教师队伍质量的提升。本研究采用IAT内隐联想测验与心理投射测验,对幼儿园教师在伦理决策时的内隐态度进行探查。IAT内隐联想测验结果表明,幼儿教师在面临伦理困境时,其内隐决策态度符合传统教师职业伦理规范;而心理投射测验结果显示,不少教师实际情感与行为决策跟专业伦理规范相悖,该情况在家园共育和同侪合作中尤甚。究其原因,幼儿园真实情境的复杂性增加了伦理决策的难度;教师们较低的道德强度减弱了规范决策行为的内驱力,利已型的后果意识也削弱了教师道德行为的执行力;系统保障机制的欠缺降低了对幼儿园教师失范行为的约束力。故此,建议在学前教师教育中加强伦理决策能力培训,以应对复杂的工作环境;幼儿园应营造共同遵守专业伦理的积极氛围,提升教师规范伦理决策的内驱力与执行力;教育行政部门应出台《幼儿园教师专业伦理规范》,增强伦理行为的约束力与指导力。
Teachers’ professional ethical decision-making is the lifeline of the construction of preschool teacher team. The research on teachers’ ethical decision-making helps to improve the decision-making power and standardization of kindergarten teachers in the face of ethical dilemmas, after which the overall quality of teachers can be promoted. In this study, IAT implicit association test and mental projection experiment were used to study the implicit attitudes of kindergarten teachers in ethical decision-making. The results of IAT implicit association show that the implicit decision-making attitude of preschool teachers conforms to the traditional professional ethics norms when facing ethical dilemma. However, the results of the psychological projection experiment show that many teachers’ actual emotional and behavioral decisions violate professional ethics, especially in home-school cooperation and peer relationship. As for the reason, it could be that the complexity of real situations in kindergartens increases the difficulty of ethical decision-making, the low moral intensity of teachers weakens the drive to standardize the decision-making behavior, the self-interest consequence consciousness of teachers abates the executive power of teachers’ moral behavior, and the lack of systematic guarantee mechanism reduces the binding force of kindergarten teachers’ misconduct.Therefore, it is suggested to strengthen the training of ethical decision-making ability in preschool teacher education, in order to cope with the complex work environment. Kindergarten should create a positive atmosphere, in which professional ethics are abided by, and improve the drive and executive power to standardize ethical decision-making of teachers;The administrative department of education issued the Professional Ethics Code for Kindergarten Teachers to strengthen the binding force and guidance of ethical behavior.
