SnS_(2)半导体光催化材料应用研究进展

摘要 作为典型的金属硫化物半导体纳米结构材料,SnS2凭借螺旋管状结构和层状结构及比表面积大、吸附性能好、半导体特性和可调控的禁带宽度等优点,近年来在光催化材料领域备受关注。我们结合近年来国内外SnS2材料在光催化领域的研究综述了SnS_(2)的制备以及在光催化领域的最新研究应用情况,总结了SnS_(2)与其他材料复合二元、三元光催化剂的研究,并对今后SnS_(2)的光催化研究提出了展望。 As a typical metal sulfide semiconductor nanostructure material, SnS_(2) has attracted much attention in the field of photocatalytic materials in recent years due to its advantages of helical tubular structure, layered structure, large specific surface area, good adsorption performance, semiconductor characteristics and adjustable band gap. The preparation of SnS_(2) and the latest research and application in the field of photocatalysis were reviewed based on the research of SnS_(2) materials at home and abroad in recent years. The research of SnS2and other materials composite binary and ternary photocatalyst was summarized, and the future research of SnS_(2) photocatalytic was prospected.
