SBS嵌段高分子化学改性研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Modification of SBS Block Polymers

摘要 综述了SBS改性修饰材料的制备方法,包括氢化、磺化、环氧化、无机材料接枝改性、共混改性等,以及改性SBS制备的功能材料及相关应用,并对SBS改性修饰接枝物的高性能化、功能化前景进行了展望。更重要的,SBS作为使用广泛、生产量大且拓展性强的高分子改性剂,已成为建筑防水材料至关重要的组成部分。通过对现有SBS基础研究的梳理和总结,为建筑用防水材料改性剂的选用和产品性能提升,提供参考思路和方法。 Methods of SBS modified materials, including hydrogenation, sulfonation, epoxidation, grafting modification of inorganic materials, blending modification, etc, as well as the functional materials prepared by modified SBS and their related applications, were reviewed. The prospect of high performance and functionalization of SBS modified modified grafted materials was also prospected. More importantly, SBS, as a widely used, high-yield and expandable polymer modifier, has become a crucial component of building waterproof materials. Through combing and summarizing the existing SBS basic research, the reference ideas and methods were provided for the selection of waterproof material modifiers for buildings and the improvement of product performance.
