摘要
介绍了管材自增强技术,对聚乙烯取向自增强的机理进行了阐述,包括其无定形区的分子取向和结晶区的晶粒取向,其中取向使球晶破裂形成的伸直链晶体及串晶结构能明显增强聚乙烯管材力学性能;其次介绍了聚乙烯管材取向自增强常用的技术和装置,以及各自的工作原理和工艺流程,包括口模拉伸法、旋转挤出法、压缩空气法、剪切拉伸法等。
The self-reinforcement technology of pipes was introduced, and the mechanism of self-reinforcement of polyethylene orientation was described, including the molecular orientation of the amorphous region and the crystal grain orientation of the crystalline region. The string structure formed therein can significantly enhance the mechanical properties of the polyethylene pipe. Secondly, the commonly used technologies and devices was introduced for oriented self-reinforcement of polyethylene pipes, as well as their respective working principles and technological processes, including die stretch method, rotary extrusion method, compressed air method, shear stretch method, etc.
