摘要
采用KMnO_(4)氧化裂解炭黑和活性炭复合物,制备含有炭黑、活性炭和锰氧化物的复合材料(m-TCB-AC)。通过红外、电镜及热重分析了m-TCB-AC的形貌结构及热学性质,并考察时间、温度、用量及光照下m-TCB-AC对水中染料的去除性能。结果表明:炭黑表面OH被氧化成锰酸酯类,质量残留率较改性前提高5%,且KMnO_(4)改性使炭黑与活性炭相互附着形成聚集体。水中染料去除性能研究发现,用量0.03 g、时间15 min、温度40℃条件下m-TCB-AC对亚甲基蓝去除效果最好,有一定的光催化活性。
Using KMnO_(4) to oxidize and modify pyrolysis carbon black and activated carbon composites, ternary composites containing carbon black, activated carbon and manganese oxide derivatives were prepared. Their morphology and thermal properties were characterized and investigated by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. Moreover, the removal performance of organic dyes in water was studied under different conditions, including time, temperature, material dosage and light. The results showed that OH groups on the surface of carbon black were oxidized to form a manganese ester compound, and the mass residue rate was about 5% higher than before modification. Meanwhile, KMnO_(4) modification renders carbon black and activated carbon adhered together to form an aggregated structure. As for the removal dyes in water of three composites, the best removal effect on methylene blue was found under the conditions of 0.03 g, time of 15 min, and temperature of 40 ℃, which exhibited potential photocatalytic activity.
