摘要
通过含氢硅油与烯丙基聚醚进行硅氢加成反应,制备出一种双端及侧链部分聚醚改性硅油,通过自制硅膏,然后与双端及侧链部分聚醚改性硅油、复合乳化剂为基础原料剪切乳化,制备了新型聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂,应用性能测试表明该有机硅消泡剂具有良好的消泡及抑泡性能,同时还具有良好的分散性、稳定性,特别是在高温体系下耐酸碱方面显示出优良的性能。
Using hydrogen-containing silicone oil and allyl polyether as raw materials, double-end side chain polyether modified silicone oil was prepared. A new type of polyether-modified silicone defoamer was prepared by shearing and emulsification with modified silicone oil and composite emulsifier. The application performance test showed that the silicone defoamer had good defoaming and defoaming properties, as well as good dispersion and stability, especially in high temperature systems, showing excellent acid and alkali resistance.
