摘要
选用临汾某焦化厂蒸氨废水为处理对象,针对其毒性大、有机物质含量高、难处理等特点,采用隔油+AS强化处理+A/O工艺+BDS总氮脱除-生物流化床-OAT深度处理-新型组合PMUF/LERO中水回用的组合处理工艺。经预处理、生化及生物流化床处理后,系统出水水质优于GB16171-2012中新建企业水污染排放浓度限值直接排放标准,经中水回用系统处理后的产水完全满足厂区化产循环水及电厂冷却水的水质要求。工程总投资3745万元,吨水总运行成本9.44元。
Ammonia wastewater from a coking plant in Linfen was selected as the object of treatment. Since its characteristics of high toxicity, high content of organic matter, and difficult to treat, it adopts oil separation+AS enhanced treatment+A/O process+BDS total nitrogen removal-biological fluidized bed-OAT advanced treatment-a new combined PMUF/LERO combined treatment process for water reuse. After pretreatment, biochemical and biological fluidized bed treatment, the effluent quality of the system was better than the direct discharge standard of water pollution discharge concentration limit for newly-built enterprises in GB16171-2012. The water produced by the reclaimed water reuse system fully met the water quality requirements of factory production and circulation water and power plant cooling water. The total project investment was 37.45 million yuan, and the total water operating cost was 9.44 yuan.
