摘要
采用基于过一硫酸盐(PMS)的高级氧化技术对市政剩余污泥进行调理,以污泥比阻(SRF)和泥饼含水率作为评价指标,研究了过PMS投加量、四氧化三铁(Fe_(3)O_(4)):PMS的摩尔比例、AC投加量、反应时间、反应体系初始pH等因素对污泥脱水性能的影响。结果表明,当PMS投加量为500 mg/L、AC投加量为400 mg/L、Fe_(3)O_(4):PMS的摩尔比为0.8、反应时间为10 min、体系初始pH为7时,污泥的含水率和SRF最低,分别为74.45%和1.83。基于过一硫酸盐的高级氧化技术可以有效改善污泥的脱水性能。
The advanced oxidation technology based on permonosulfate(PMS) was used to condition the municipal residual sludge, and the sludge specific resistance(SRF) and the moisture content of the mud cake were used as the evaluation indexes. The results showed that when PMS dosage was 500 mg/L, AC dosage was 400 mg/L, the molar ratio of Fe_(3)O_(4):PMS was 0.8, the reaction time was 10 min, and the initial pH of the system was 7, the moisture content and SRF of the sludge were the lowest, 74.45% and 1.83, respectively. Advanced oxidation technology based on permonosulfate can effectively improve the dewatering performance of sludge.
