摘要
针对中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司1.0 Mt/a气体分馏装置脱丙烷塔底重沸器管束外表面结焦的问题,对脱丙烷塔底重沸器管束外结焦垢样进行化验分析,确定其相应组成;同时通过对比分析其他几家单位气体分馏装置的原料组成、操作参数等变量,确定脱丙烷塔底重沸器结焦原因,并提出相应的解决办法及处理措施,来为同类型气体分馏装置的长周期运行提供指导建议。
Aiming at the coking on the outer surface of the tube bundle of the reboiler of the depropanizer in the 1.0 Mt/a gas fractionation unit of CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co., Ltd., the coke was tested and analyzed. At the same time, the raw material composition and operating parameters of three gas fractionation units were compared and analyzed. The coking cause of depropanizer reboiler was determined, and solutions were proposed to meet the long-term operation of gas fractionation unit.
