摘要
炭黑是许多烃类物质经不完全燃烧或裂解生成的,反应炉是炭黑生产过程中最重要的设备,分为软质反应炉和硬质反应炉,其中软质反应炉中的双切线反应炉是较特殊的一类,反应原理比较复杂,文章从离心运动的角度对双切线反应炉内部热烟气的运动状态进行分析,并说明在生产过程中旋转运动对生产的一些影响及避免这种副作用的方法。
Carbon black is formed by incomplete combustion or pyrolysis of many hydrocarbon materials. The reactor is the most important equipment in the production of carbon black, which is divided into soft and hard reactors. The double tangent reactor in the soft reactor is a special one, and the reaction principle is complicated. The movement state of the hot gas in the double tangent reactor was analyzed from the angle of centrifugal motion, and the influence of the rotating movement on the production and the method to avoid the side effect were explained.
