酒精污水处理系统氧化生物活性污泥转化利用生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 对玉米酒精厂污水处理系统产生的氧化生物活性污泥,经过浓缩、分离后,按照一定比例掺配到酒精糟液中,再通过分离、浓缩、干燥等工序,在饲料中转化利用了这一类固体废物。可有效控制固体废物的污染环境,实现节能减排的目标,同时增加了饲料的产量,经济效益明显。试验结果表明,氧化生物活性污泥按干基不超过1:200的比例与废醪液掺混,所得的试生产产品,经过检验各项指标均未见异常,外观、色泽、气味等感官指标均无可见差异。 The method of using biological activated sludge from the wastewater byproduct of producing corn alcohol were introduced. After enrichment and separation, the biological activated sludge was blended into the liquid alcohol worse by certain proportion. Then the sample was through out the separation, concentration and drying process. Oxidized activated sludge was used in corn feed. This method can effectively control environmental pollution by solid waste, which realized the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction. At the same time, the production of feed and economic benefits was increased. Results showed that oxidized biological activated sludge was mixed with waste mash in the proportion of dry base no more than 1:200, and the pilot production product had no abnormal indicators after inspection.There was no difference in the appearance, color, smell and other sensory indicators.
